This looks like so much fun and great for sweet tooths :D (my teeth are itching for some of that gelato) I love a good dragonfruit and in the summer, I eat loads of it to keep my body cool. We hardly get that red flesh-ed variety though! Ours are all white-fleshed and I love nibbling on the little black seeds. Yum yum! x

Nomadic Chick, nothing wrong with dreaming of both - chocolate factories AND mountains of chips, right ?! Mmm, sweet and salty !

Julia, I didn't get the recipe for Sean's chocolate gelato, but I'll ask him and see if he can share that too. Stay tuned...

Sarah, it's been a few months and I don't have a strong taste memory of the gelato - perhaps its flavor wasn't all that strong as you say. What really stayed with me was the color, isn't it awesome ?! ;) The variety you mention in Hawaii sounds pretty extraordinary too, those colors - just incredible !

Emma, nope I actually came home without the CD. I used my last few Belizean dollars on some local chocolate bars instead ! :)

Jen, you know me - wherever I go, my sweet radar is ON !! :)

Lani, you are so right - I was in the middle of that kitchen just enjoying every moment, and saying "Yes Chef" to each and every taste he offered. ...except for his habanero sauce ! ;)

Your photography of the sweets in Belize make the desserts pop right out of the screen. Some of course, look more interesting to me then others but I would probably try each and everyone. Love the bubblegum gelato....not for me but I guess your mouth was watering. I can see you standing in the kitchen there wanting to taste everything...did you???
